- through the delivery of international standard creative leadership, creativity and innovation programmes for public consumption designed by its internationally recognised designers and creative practitioners

Executive Training Programmes in Creative Leadership - A First in Australia
The Creative Leadership Forum takes pleasure in announcing the first series of executive training programmes to be rolled out nationally commencing July 2008. Programme content focuses on the practice and application of creativity and innovation and the role of the leader in facilitating and driving that practice to produce value for organizations. All programmes have certification from the University of Southern Maine, USA through their Leadership and Organizational Development programme at a post graduate Masters level.

• Developing Corporate Creativity Capabilities and Skills
An introduction to the theories and practices of creative leadership and the use of creativity and innovation tools and techniques in developing that capacity.
• Creating Your Business Future in the Digital World
Learn how to demystify technology, apply and synthesise it with creativity to build on-line business opportunities at all levels within an organisation
• Facilitating Creatively To Produce Ideas and Value
Develop an in-house creativity capacity by developing employees' facilitation skills to generate new product ideas, transform existing work processes, assess feasibility options and set action plans to drive implementation
• Communities of Practice: Their Vital Role in Producing Value in Organizations
Learn how to create or identify existing communities of practice within your organisation and how to surface their valuable knowledge to create organisational strategies for new business opportunities or improved work practices.
• Leaders as Designers of Organizations
Learn how to build an organisational culture of design to underpin thinking, strategy and action at all stages in the cycle of goal setting, product development, process delivery, marketing and customer service.
This series will initially be delivered as one day introductory public programmes in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Dates are now being finalised and will be announced within the coming weeks.
